Time for a new PC full up.
That isn't going to game on anything at all, even with a CPU upgrade.
Put it this way; my three year old workstation laptop performs 5x as fast.

i got the psu and case fans and cpu fans and vga fans. i just need a good mobo and processor and ram.

i cant find a motherboard that has 2 pcie 2.0

That's not enough for a scrap of a full build, won't even buy you the motherboard let alone the rest of the stuff.
You want about 30k pesos...
