[SOLVED] What is a good TGP for a 30xx laptop?

The reviewers all seem to be saying that we need to check the TGP when buying a 30xx laptop because the performance can vary wildly between seemingly similar models. As far as I can tell most models have TGP somewhere between 80 and 140(?) What kind of value should we be looking for? The higher the betters, clearly, but are there any rules of thumb we can use?

I don't think they're going to release that information since pretty much all hardware companies would want to make a profit at..."your expense". During this pandemic, it's only heightened that attitude more than 2 fold.
