There's nothing really better that I'd recommend for a older socket unless it's pretty much free but even the boards were pretty limiting to what would work.

What is your budget?

The Ryzen 1600 AF can be found for about $85 USD, B450 board is about $70 and then about $70 for a 2x8gb at 3200 kit.

Basically you're looking for a new pc - new cpu, new motherboard, new ram.

On your current system putting a new cpu without also changing motherboard and ram would be waste of money.

My budget is around 300-400, whatever makes my computer better. Sorry if that sounds a little too harsh.

This would give you a new platform and better GPU, pretty much like a new gaming system.

One last question, does any other parts matter because I want to make sure the compatibility 100% works, or every part will be compatible when I install the new parts?

Your current motherboard is Micro ATX and both upgrades I recommend are Micro ATX so it should fit without issue. Since your replacing the motherboard this will require a clean installation of Windows 10. The 1650S has the same PSU requirements as the RX 560 however it does require a 6-pin PCIE connection. Which PSU do you have?

I cannot open my case because when I set it up, I put a plastic thing(I do not know the name) around it because so it won't fall. It is not a cover it is like a plastic wire, but it is not a wire.
