What is a good video card to watch Netflix on the HD Monitor and Online Sports s

I have a 50" monitor and watch Netflix movies and the NBA Broadband. What is a good graphics card or basic system to hook up to my TV?

Radeon HD 4650 video card will be enough.

Thank you. Dell has a basic unit on sale today with a Integrated ATI Radeon HD3200 Graphics package. Should I have them upgrade it or will that be enough?

I would upgrade since the HD 4650 generally offers better video quality; however that is somewhat subjective.
