What is a Great Graphics Card for around 250-350$?

I would like to find a new Gaming Graphics card, but since there is so many to choose from, i was wondering which would get the best bang for the buck, i'd prefer around 300 dollars mainly, but leave suggestions and tell the specs, around 4-8gb ram is all i want in it! I am playing strong graphic card games and my Nvidia geforce 670 GTI isn't quite cutting out so well. Thanks!
