I am using MSI Bazooka B150m motherboard on Intel i7-7600. Intel HD 530 graphics card is famous on Google now for flickering and occasional black screen problems. I was told adjusting up the PCH voltage may solve the problem.

What is a high but still safe value for PCH voltage without damaging the motherboard?

Solution
It should be 1.0V On the First gen PCH's the safe voltage was between 1.05-1.1. Further reading.

Might I ask your full system's inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals? You'd also find it in your best interests to state f the flickering happen on other applications/workloads. I'd also like you to bring forward where you heard of the suggestion to bump up the voltage since more power delivered will reduce your overall system's lifespan.
