what is a MEGA DCR?

i was looking through monitors and i found one that said it had MEGA DCR.
now my question is what is DCR and more importantly MEGA DCR?

I signed up just cause of this question and Not to be rude myself this thread turned up on google in the #2 position for the search term "what is mega dcr" it would have been nice just to have had an answer in this thread instead of "google is just a few keystrokes away. Not being rude of course but I did use google.
