Question What is a safe and free way to share a local folder to a friend in Asia?

Hi all,

I'm looking to share a large photo folder(23GB) to a friend in Asia. I'm out of Google storage space. Please help. Thanks.

if you have windows pro, you can install IIS from windows optinal features and then run ftp server

if not, you can go with free opensource filezilla
