What is a very good PCI slot video card?

I need a video card for a PCI slot that can handle Call of Duty 4 on medium

You mean PCI as in a motherboard about 4 to 5 years old or a newer motherboard with pci-e x 16 slot?

There is a decent vanilla PCI cards? I've never seen one. The only time I even used one was for my older home server, but it was just an ATI Rage.
