I currently have a hd 7750 would it be Better to buy a second or buy a single nvidia card what would be better budget around 200

$200 would buy you a MUCH better graphics card than the 7750. Don't know if the 7750 can be crossfired.
Why don't you sell the 7750 for $50 on ebay/to a friend and get the GTX760? It's the best price/performance graphics card in the $250 range.

They can be Crossfired, but he'll be way better off buying a GTX760 as you said. It's definitely a good card.
I would say it's the best choice for him.

ok cool ill do that i wasn't sure is i should just buy a second or buy per say a gtx 750 cuz idk if i could do a 760 if its 250 cuz when i do this im also buying i7 4770k and a asus sabertooth so 200 is just about the limit not much more

If you can't afford GTX760 you could buy the GTX660.

i see the gtx 750 and gtx 660 are priced fairly similar which is better i may sli them in the future so which one is better for that if there is a difference

Can you not sell your 7750 for $50? It's still a fairly powerful entry-level card.
The 660 is better than the 750. By a wide margin.
I'd still urge you -- get the 760 if you can now or after a short while. It's good value for money.

i think what im gonna do is wait a tad longer ill sell the 7750 when i can and my b day is in october thats when ill do the mobo and processor switch and maybe for christmas ill ask for a 770 so ill be waiting a while but thanks everyone for your help i now know what im gonna do
