What is this? --> ACPI driver for ATK 0110. I found this in the driver download area at Asus' site. Do I need it? What does it do? :?:

I hope you've already found the answer to this question, as i've just stumbled apon it myself. So after doing abit of googling, i've found that its a next generation OS device configuration and power managment driver. So i've decided to download it anyway

Looks like its for ASUS motherboards, and lets the Asus systems programs "Ai" Overclock and modify system power stuff.
