what is Anti- Aliasing Post and Anti-Aliasing Deferred

what is Anti- Aliasing Post and Anti-Aliasing Deferred i have been playing battlefrield 4 and hard lline and i can tell my game looks a bit blurry and just looks like crap... people told me to play with the anti aliasing settings but i dont understand them or what they do can anyone help me plz what setting should i have them on i have a gtx 970

Load GeForce Experience, have it scan your games and use the settings recommended by GFE

my battlefield 4 seem to have low lighting even if i have the brightness setting to max and it looks liek there is a flim over the picture i have the game on ps4 and sadly it looks better on ps4

Post process AA is AA that is applied after the frame is rendered, and does not require assistance to apply. FXAA, MSAA, MLAA are all post process, and they are almost always inferior to standard AA methods. I'm not sure what deferred is, if you can list the types of AA that is offered under the deferred, it would likely provide a clue.

am geting alot of smokey video when on games but when i watch a video of that game it looks better...
