when cleaning out dust accumulated inside the PC. I know static charge could be catastrophic to computer hardware.

what is Anti-Static brush? Is it OK to use ANY brush.
I can't find any brush around with the keyword "Anti-Static". What materials should I look for

what gunk to clean? you do know that copper lane on PCB is prone to corrosion and contact. If you only remove dust you can use case fan or laptop cooler fan, if you had air blower make sure not to blow at close range (had been done before and killed the motherboard after blow it with air compressor). Get distilled water, cotton bud, and eucalyptus oil for dried mud or fungi flex.
