1. If I don't active a browser. Can still it penetrate the system?
2. How does BeEF look at the system and find problems? How doe it do it?

No, I am afraid to install it. I know that Kali can run on Virtual Computer. But if all is virtual, so it isn't harm, no?

Kali is a very specialized and powerful tool. It is not to be used lightly.
It is a Linuix distro, that comes prepackaged with various security and testing tools.

And if you were to install it in a VM, that does NOT ensure "safety".

I suggest you do a LOT more learning before you venture down this path.

Security and penetration testing?
Or "How to use Kali Linux"

Kali is but a tool.
You don't "Learn Kali", but rather you learn the principles of security and testing.
You then apply that knowledge, using, among many many other tools, Kali Linux.
