Not sure what is maho bay but it supports lga 1155 socket. So it'll work on any 1155 motherboard. Hyper 212 is the most popular CPU air cooler by miles in terms of quantity purchased. Although there are better performing coolers below 50 USD but those aren't within 20 dollar cap.
