[SOLVED] what is best pc build under $1000 for streaming games

i want to stream dota 2 , pubg , csgo on youtube.
i think Ryzen 7 3700x is best for streaming according to my budget.
please tell me all the remaining thing needed to build the cpu like motherboard ,memory,graphics.
i think gtx 1660 ti is best as per the budget.
My budget is $1000.

Probably the build that EposVox (on Youtube) made with the 3700x & RX 5700
not sure if its under 1000 though.
