What is best Ryzen 2200G Cooling option?

I haven't built a computer in 15 years, and just built one with a Ryzen 3 2200G, stock cooler, sitting on an Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming mobo, 2x8Gb Ripjaws 3200Mhz sticks, all in a Corsair Carbide Series Spec 01 (which was evidently a poor choice for aftermarket cooling as it specs out no more than 150mm radiator height). I am getting some high temps (85 C on Package temp per HWMonitor while running Prime95) with moderate voltages (1.425 on CPU, 1.35 on DRAM, and as low as 1.20 on GPU side). When starting Prime95 the CPU jumps almost immediately from between 35-40 to 65 or so. SO - I have limited myself in choices, and primarily am looking at the EVGA CLC 240 to top mount, or the Noctua NH-U9S, unless someone has a better solution. The top-mounted AIO would be nice since I have 3 case fans and 5 spots on case, but that isn't a deal breaker. Need to keep solution under $100 though. What is my best solution, temperature being by far most important?

Cryorig H7 comes to mind. It's short enough and cools slightly better than a Hyper 212 Evo. I'm not sure if 240mm radiators fit on the top. I had the Spec-01 and was looking back then and people had to cut the case to modify it to fit the H100i 240mm radiator.

What version of Prime95 are you running? Stick with v26.6 to exclude AVX instruction. If all you are doing is running Prime95 to see 85C then what's the point of a better cooler? Just stop running Prime95. If you have a real program you use that raises temps, then sure.

Prime95 version is 29.4. Ran Aida64, same issue. Not sure what is going on, but CPU temps were in the 80's running stock CPU settings, 1600 Mhz memory clock, and 1100 GPU clock. https://imgur.com/X7KhwTQ
Sorry if that didn't come out right, not quite sure how to do urls here. Anyway, When I first put it together it didn't run that hot, MAYBE hitting 70 once, and that was running 3900 Mhz on CPU and 1500 clock speed on GPU. I am trying to get the most out of my system that it will handle with stability.

Purchased Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi - temps now maxing out at around 70-71 when running AIDA64 SST for 2-3 hours with CPU at 3800, GPU at 1100, voltages on auto. Now working with Asus TS to get the GPU side up to a respectable timing and stability.
