Hi I have a budget of 500USD for a pc and I don't know what parts to buy. I would like some direction on what components I should buy. I would like to use used parts because of more bang for buck.

Before you get given a spec, what are you expecting this PC to do, if general pc and web work or you want gaming, if the later, what are you playing and at what resolution ?
