I am currently using Ryzen 7 2700X which I overclock. What is best water cooler I should choose? My favorite is CoolerMaster ML360R. It's cooler I like.

Budget = $200

Solution
I would go with one of Alphacool's kits:

https://www.alphacool.com/shop/sets-systems/alphacool-nexxxos/

within your budget and only thing besides NexXxos kit you need is:

https://www.alphacool.com/shop/cpu-cooler/spare-parts/21552/alphacool-nexxxos-xp3-bracket-for-amd-ryzen-s.-am4

- to fit your 2700X on AM4 board (I assume that your board is X470 or B450...) - if you have doubts about compatibility of what you'r using and what you are about to order than send them an email and tha's it...- they will provide you with links to what you need and that's it...- your 2700X will rock and shine

in my opinion Alphacool's solutions are one of the best option for many-many-mmaaaaannyyy CPUs (way better than any regular AIO)

short answer:

- it's definitely NOT any of the AIO's

longer answer :

- get either a good air cooler or DIY water cooling (last mentioned gonna cost you preety penny but it is worth it big time comparing to any of the AIO out there)

the idea itself is not bad but checking coolant lavel is in 9 out of 10 coolers impossible (you will hear it as the whole thing will start making all kind of noises), refilling and any burping is not easy as you need to take everything out and do everything all over again (ones in th eyear or even every 1,5 year but many times if there's any air bobble or ?? it will sound like jet engine)

but if you insist:

- Alphacool Eisbear 240

I'm running air cooler (Dark Rock 3) on my 2700x

if you will consider aircooler than take a look at:

- Dark Rock Pro 3 (a bit better than non 'pro' and just a beast!)
