What is better? ASUS's DirectCUII? Or XFX Double Dissipation.

I would like to know which cooling system is better for an R9 270. The XFX Double Dissipation or the ASUS DirectCUII cooler. They are both within my budget, but I need to know which cooler is better.

Both will perform similarly. Get the cheaper one.

I have the Direct CU II 7950 but wouldn't mind an XFX DD if that was an option. I believe the XFX cards come with a lifetime warranty.
