What is better choice? (Budget build)

I'll consider other build, by your opinion. Help me out here, it's and build for a friend of mine. Budget not over 300-310euros.

The 2nd build is a lot better. Better graphics card, better CPU, and option to upgrade to an i5/i7 in the future.

R7 250 is an entry level gaming card and is 9x faster than HD 6450 . G3220 is 45% faster than A4 6300 . So , the second is faster .

BTW you are wrong. The CPU is FM2.

I dont like MSI boards. Dont know why, just dont trust them. MSi for GPU is ok, but for MOBO i just dont know i have seen to much bad revievs for them, so i dont feel comforatable with that choice. As for CPU, i'll stick with the G3220 and Asus mobo i personaly think that it's a great choice and for the money my friend has, the best for him. I just wanted to see how much difference does this two builds have, becuse of the small difference in cash.
