For $200 what is better or good for Video Cards ?GeForce GTX 750 Ti Or GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Any help or Prices would be good and help on this thanks !

It is the same as one of the cards I listed just with a different cooler.
