What is better for 27in reg monitor?

Hello I was curious what GPU should be worth upgrading? I don't need 1080 not using 4k monitor. I am looking into getting a 1070. But would a 1080 ti worth getting even when i am not using a 4k to get the better frame rate per second (fps)?

Unless you have a high refresh rate monitor, the extra fps will just go to waste. For 1080p 60Hz, a 1070 is more than you really need.

Assuming, that your processor is good enough...at least decent...
Regardless of the monitor size:
1080p 60hz GTX1060 6gb should be already enough
1080p 144Hz GTX1070 is my recommendation
1440p 60Hz GTX1070 is minimum
1440p 144hz GTX1080Ti is my recommendation
4k 60hz GTX1080Ti is minimum in my opinion
4k 144hz....hmmm...is this a thing yet?

Recommended resolution for 27" is 1440p.
