It really depends what games are you going to be playing, Not many games support mantle at the moment, but I will pick the Intel-Nvidia setup. Both are good but it's just my personal opinion.

Much better in my opinion, now we are talking about a high end PC. Intel's are great processors and do better in overall tasks, and that 770 is a beast, your PSU is fine since the 770 only uses 12v 42 amps on the single rail, and that PSU has 46 amps, if I was helpful please mark this answer as a solution.
