what is better gtx 970

i want to buy gtx 970 which one should i get

galax gtx 970 hof

gigabyte gtx 970 xtreme

(i want low temps (best cooling system))

and i dont mind paying the deffirence between them

Both are highly overclocked which will require extra power resulting in a need for excellent cooling.

I see little to differentiate.
You will need a good source of case intake airflow for either.

If you want quiet, stick with a more mildly overclocked card.
Better yet, if price is not a big issue, buy a stock GTX980 or GTX980ti that will loaf.
The price of a base GTX980 is not so different.

Pascal is rumored to be near, so you might want to see what that brings.
It is rumored to require much less power.
