What is better, my integrated graphics, or my GT430

The FX-4100 doesn't have integrated graphics with in the chip. AMD makes APUs the A-4, A-6, and A-8 series. General rule of thumb though is that discrete graphics are better than integrated graphics on your motherboard, with the exception of course some of AMD's APUs which have a CPU and GPU integrated on the same chip.
 
As said above, the FX series CPUs have no IGP on board, if you have integrated graphics, it's built into the motherboard, probably the Radeon HD 4200/4250. In any case, the GT 430 is better than the HD 4200 series integrated graphics that are built into your motherboard.

ok. I was just wondering for the time being, as I plan to get a GTX 560 TI by the end of the year
