ASROCK H110M-DGS vs MSI H110M PRO-D
I want to make a PC with an i5 6600k,r9 380x,sirtec 650W,8 gb ram ddr4.
I want to know what motherboard is better.

Why the K version and a motherboard that doesn't support overclocking? Both motherboards are basically the same, but the ASRock has a cooled VRM while the MSI has USB 3.1 instead of USB 3.0 ports. I'd go with the ASRock, but pick the MSI if USB 3.1 is a desirable feature for you.

The thing is i am on a budget and i dont know any cheap motherboard that can be overclockable.

Specific H170 can overclock until the microdode is updated; a Z170 should be used.

The Z chipset costs more, a better VRM is required because an overclcoked CPU draws more power and while they're at it manufacturers usually include a better audio chip, more features, etc.
