What is better?

Solution
I don't know where your from but the 7700k here is 299 at Microcenter. I just have a hard time recommending anything old tech and used for 300-350, especially the AMD furnace you linked to. If you're dead set on these, go with the Intel mobo.

I still recommend the ryzen cpu that best fits your budget.
Id opt to by a new 7700k i7 cpu and motherboard vs either of these older tech used parts. Sure its a few more bucks but it will be new and if you get a decent cpu cooler you should easily hit close to 5ghz over clock if you get a good motherboard.

Also any Ryzen cpu that fits your budget should be better than these options.

Any reason you're looking to pay so much for these used parts?

What about this?

Sorry, just saw this. I don't know where you're from but 6 year old tech for that price is not a good option to me. If you're from an area where new stuff is 5x more expensive than it should be and older stuff is all you can get, then I see going that route only then.

For that kind of coin, you should go for new or at least much newer parts. Wished I could be of more help.
