What is bing.vc

it is malware/spyware not actually associated with the Bing search engine. You need a malware/spyware removal tool. Your anti-virus might have one, or you can download malwarebytes anti-malware, Ad-aware,Spybot search and destroy, Hijack This, or other similar products. But once you get it fixed I would also recommend you stop using internet explorer and try chrome or Firefox

you should be able to remove it by resetting internet explorer to default settings. This will restore it to a freshly installed state. You will lose add-ons, home page, saved passwords, etc. but it should resolve the issue. You should back up your favorites first.

if it comes back after that you will have to use a registry cleaner or something to root out the remnants but you should be good with just the reset.

This is good advice, but STAY AWAY FROM CHROME!!!! I do this every day. roughly 70% of the malware/virus infected computers I get in here (about 15 per week) come in through Chrome or some other Google App. They then can infect every browser, and the rest of the PC. While they are mostly very aggressive marketing plugins, the effect is the same as a virus. STAY AWAY FROM CHROME!
