What is Bluetooth Security Tag?

I restarted my computer and instead of Windows loading and asking for my password, it had a screen that says "Please authenticate using your Bluetooth Security Tag". What is this? I've installed Truecrypt and Filezilla since I last restarted my computer a couple of days ago, but told both not to install extraneous stuff. Please help. Thanks.

That would be for an additional hardware based security device. These devices are usually used to track cell phones and such.

Truecrypt has an option to work with a bluetooth device to provide authentication, didn't setup anything like this with say your phone ?

No, I did not set that up, and don't remember seeing that. I searched Truecrypt's 150 page user guide and Bluetooth was not in it.
