Question What is causing blinking in monitors?

Hi, I have a dual-display setup. It had been working fine for a month but since yesterday, sometimes the screens blink. They don't blink at the same time. Sometimes a blink each second for several seconds on display 1. Sometimes happen to display 2. What could be the reasons? I am using Windows 10 Professional 64-bit.

Did you check the refresh rate and cables?
