My specs :
CPU : i5 4440 (3.1 Ghz)
GPU : Intel ® HD Graphics 4600
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 4GB (1333 Mhz)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Now , I did 3Dmark 11 2-3 mnths ago and I got total score of 1020 (rarely got around 950-990). But now when I do 3Dmark 11 I get a score of 950-980(rarely goes above 1000) . The physics score remains almost same as 5300. But when I installed latest graphics drivers I got a score of 1030-1060 ( but this driver increases my CPU usage while gaming). So I rolled back my drivers and the gaming is as smooth with low usagg as it is but the 3D mark scores again drops down. This didn't happen before with this driver. I DID NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS OR UPDATED ANYTHING EVEN IN BIOS ALSO. So is my iGPU failing?? Is my CPU wearing out??? Is my Windows causing thia drop in score??? If not then whats wrong. Please help!! (I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3D mark several times)

I think you are reading way too much into those 3DMark scores, that benchmark is not perfect. I would not worry about your hardware failing because your 3DMark scores are slightly lower than they were before lol, a million different things could cause that.

Thank U :) . So I hope my hardware is as good it was. Can you also tell if an iGPU wear out like aftermarket GPUs ???

I dont think so, just monitor your cpu temps and keep them in check. The CPU and iGPU should last for many years, I bet you will want to upgrade well before that cpu dies.

My temps during stress test is 53°C with 30°C at idle.

Yeah, those temps are very good.
