WHAT is causing my BSOD?

The BSOD has showed up once while I was sitting on facebook, once when I was playing wow and once when I was watching on youtube.
I recently reinstalled Windows 7 but I kept my old windows for the programs, so I don't have to redownload everything.
My games/programs have always been on my other partition (not the one where windows is)

could be heat. how clean is the inside of the pc........ heat sinks/fans etc.?

It could be a driver that went bad. Check your logs to see what caused the BSODs

I only installed my graphics driver after reinstalling windows

Do u have an aftermarket cpu cooler? Have u tried cleaning your pc? Have u tried updating the bios? Did u tired doind a clean windows installation?
Do you have any antivirus software installed?

If you can check if your ram went bad. Usually if it goes bad, many BSODs appear.

Test using one stick at a time in diff. slots.
