Hello,
I just shipped my pc over from NY to az by ups. Yea, I'm crazy but had no choice. Nothing broke only my hard drive wire got cracked and disconnected.

Everything seems to work only thing different is its slow. So I figured hard drive got damaged or something.

For example I ran wow for a few seconds and it took long time to load and animations are rendering with delay. Fps is fine only laggy rendering.

I figured maybe I'll ask here. Was thinking maybe cpu but it looks good and wow would have had fps drop if cpu wasn't working. I ran hdtune on my hard drive and everything was good

Specs
Gtx 970
I7
16ram
2tb Toshiba hard drive.

Sorry writing from phone.

Solution
If its not the hard drive, which i think it could still be, then check your temps. Maybe your CPU cooler became dislodged during shipping and isn't making complete contact anymore?

Again I still think there is a problem with the hard drive and would be interested in seeing what your Crystal Disk Mark benchmarks are. (https://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskMark/index-e.html)

Check your graphics card and PCIe slot. Oftentimes in shipping the CPU cooler and video card are the most likely to sustain damage. If rendering is going slowly, it may be a result of your video card not being connected.
