When I close games my PC black screens and I have to do a force shut down, then after powering it up again I gat green lines all over the screen and have to restart it again to fix the green lines. I have tried factory resetting windows and I even used DDU to do a clean install of the graphics drivers, but the problem still persists. Running games is perfectly fine, it's only closing them that crashes my PC. Not sure if this matters but the green lines shift away from where my mouse is.

I am no good with dump files but aside from Event 41 are you seeing anything in Event Viewer or Reliability History?

SFC/DISM?

I recommend at this point to do a 'search engine' on Live Kernal Event 117. Everything I read in a quick look indicates a graphics card hardware or driver issue, alongside possible other tools or downloads. One mentioned a "tweaker tool" and another an RGB manager.

Do you or have a friend that has a low power loaner GPU you could try for system stability?
