I have tried to determine what program is the hog with no luck. All apps are showing less than 1. I would not worry about the 100% if the computer wasn't sluggish. The dell I7 with 4gig of ram is way slower than my old VISTA machine. The problem is what ever is slowing the machine down isn't displaying. Running Norton, defragged ect. Thanks for trying.
