What is causing these green matrix glitches?

I just built a new budget computer. So far it's run great but when I'm surfing the internet on Chrome I occasionally get a weird green matrix glitch. I can't remember getting this on any other computer even with graphics cards. I'm using the embedded graphics on my chip (sorry if I'm on the wrong forum but it seemed to fit best). I have all the latest drivers etc. and I installed Windows 10 from a fresh DVD copy. Here is a screenshot of what I mean that I posted on Imgur (sorry for some reason I can't embed the picture in this post);

Here are my main components;
*Ryzen 5 2400g processor
*GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3 Motherboard
*SAMSUNG 860 EVO Series M.2 2280 250GB Internal Solid State Drive
* CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000

I have F10 from December 1 2017. The very latest one is F22b but since so far everything (except for this glitch) has worked I didn't mess with it. Do you think it's that? I know that some of the boards don't work with that chip right off the bat but this one did no problem. I don't like to flash the bios unless I have to.
