Honestly with that system it wouldn't matter what GPU you install. The rest of the system will bottleneck it.

I believe that board is in an m9000 Desktop. With either C2D E6550 or E6750, or C2Q Q6600 or Q6700.

Which variant do you have?

The "minimum" spec for GTAV is a Q6600, the second best CPU available for that desktop. Personally, I wouldn't use anything greater than a 750TI in there (with a C2Q). If you still have a C2D in there, I'd just forget about playing GTA V. It's extremely unlikely you'll see anything playable, regardless of the GPU you drop in there.
