What is CPU liquid coolant composed of?

My gpu hose got unplugged by accident and now all my solution in my cooler is gone. I called a few tech shops and they said they didnt sell the solution while 1 of the others said the solution was merley antifreeze, can anyone with certainty knowledge clarifiy this or give me an alternative to making my own? PC won't even come on it overheats so fast >.< any help appreciated

To my knowledge it's just distilled water mixed with a bit antifreeze to prevent freezing. You obviously won't need to add antifreeze if you like in California or other hot areas. I think it's just distilled water with some food coloring.

But i'm not an expert when it comes to water cooling so maybe someone will prove me wrong. 😀
