CPUTIN means CPU Tempurature index. It is the motherboard sensor that senses the temp of the entire CPU. While Core Temp is the sensor on the processor itself.

Yes you should be worried about it that's almost 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Normal operating temps are between 40 and 50 degrees while max is between 70 and 80 and you should try not to reach that. I would recommend investing in better cooling so that you dont fry your CPU

no its vrm temperature my cpu would be dead already.

CPUTIN = CPU Temperature Index
AUXTIN = Auxiliary Temperature Index
SYSTIN = System Temperature Index

CPUTIN is different from CoreTemp. CoreTemp is the sensor on the processor while CPUTIN is motherboard CPU temp sensor.
AUXTIN is the power supply temp sensor if there is one. While SYSTIN relates to Motherboard.
=====
TMPIN 0 = MOBO = SYS
TMPIN 1 = CPU
TMPIN 2 = MCH = Northbridge
TMPIN 3 = Sensor near GPU/VRMs
