What is cpx and msrt32?

about a month ago I noticed my computer randomly slowed down tremendously, with games stuttering and everything taking forever to load, so I searched through my PC and eventually came across these 2 programs, cpx and msrt, that had installed themselves in my program files and were running in task manager. I opened the file locations and deleted these two files, only to have them come back a few days later, and so I deleted them again, and they still came back. after a while the names of the programs that were running changed from cpx and msrt to names like "wmi protect host" and "google embedded application". Every time they run in the background, my PC slows down dramatically and I just want these programs to go away, and would like more insight into what they actually are.

Are you experiencing a lot of memory , CPU and/or HDD usage? If so then you may have fallen victim to the dreaded Memory Leak issue which comes about from a corruption within your OS' files. You may want to run a repair install and see if the issue is averted likewise you may want to run malwarebytes and see if anything has stowed onto your machine. You should also perform a scan with an antivirus.
