what is device name to connect satta hard disk to laptop

I have a my own System Satta hard disk i wanna connect to it my laptop to getting confidential data.
so, i ask you which device is available in market?

SATA to USB connector.

If your laptop has USB 3.0 capability, go with the 3.0. If it only has USB 2.0 capability, go with 2.0. This works great by the way. I have used it myself.
