What is error in ioctl call

how can I format myy flash when I get error in ioctl call. windows cannot format it

Hmm.. the ioctrl is "Input/Output Controller" so basically either the device (Flash Key) is damaged and is not communicating properly with your computer. Or, your OS may be missing some system files. are you having this problem on any other computers / Flash Keys?
