What is failing in my system

About a month ago I noticed that when I play games most noticeably CS:GO my games randomly freezes for about a second and then starts working again. I also have FPS drops in CS:GO and other games. I ran memtest found nothing CPU stress test also showed nothing. My PC is 2 years old. What part could be causing this?

GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 970
MOBO: GIGABYTE H97 HD3
RAM: 4x4GB Kingston FURY
HDD: WD BLUE 1TB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
PSU: CORSAIR ATX 2.31 VS SERIES 650W

They are relatively normal around 67 on GPU under load and 74 on CPU

Kingston FURY DDR3 is not sold in 4x4GB kits. Your problem is probably running multiple kits of memory. Such combinations are not guaranteed to work by Kingston.
