Assuming all the rest is the same, just on the specs here, what would be the better 1 and 2 boxes for streaming to the net?

All have Win10x64 2004

Home built Intel 2 Quad Q9400 2.66 GHz Ram 4GB
Dell T7500 Xeon x5570 2.93 GHz 3 proces, Ram 48GB
Dell 9020 Intel i5 4590 CPU 3.30GHz Ram 16GB
Lenovo 7360NJ3 Pent Dual Core E5500 2.90GHz Ram 40GB

The Xeon has 4 cores and 8 threads so it would be the best for streaming.
