What is freezing my computer

I have had this problem for a few months now.

I'll be playing my computer and the screen will just freeze.
Nothing responds, CTRL ALT DEL does nothing, I have to hold the power button.

I replaced the hard drive
Freezes continued

I ran a memtest and it said my ram was faulty.
replaced all ram
Freezes continues..

My hardware is
Motherboard Asus (M5A78L-M USB3)
AMD FX4100 Quad Core
Radeon HD 6670 2gb Graphics card
1TB Seagate HDD
2 × 8gb Corsair Ram (was 4× 4gb Corsair)
Windows 8·1

Is there somewhere on windows that tells me what went wrong? (similar to logcats in android)
Event viewer tells me minimal..

I thought I'd update this in case anybody else was searching.

After replacing my hard drive, memory and graphics card.. I still had my computer freezing.

I replaced my power supply 7 days ago and no freezes!!
