My ISP is not so great and i have been considering for a long time if i should change. I found out about FTTN and thought that anything that uses fiber has to be good but why is it cheaper.

So is FTTN good? Or is Cable more stable. I just want good internet for gaming.

Solution
FTTN = Fiber To The Node (or neighborhood). Basically, a fiber connection from the ISP to somewhere sort of near your neighborhood. That does not matter to your specific house.

What does matter is your ISP and how much you pay them for what speed. For all we know, it could be HPT - Hamster Packet Transfer.
But if what you get at your specific house is good, doesn't matter if it is electrons or hamsters.
