[SOLVED] What is going on with my drivers?!?

So randomly when I woke up today and found out my Webcam stopped working, after three hours or so my focusrite external sound card stopped working, and after a bit the build it speakers stopped working. I've literary uninstalled and reinstalled every audio driver, I have no idea what could be causing this issue.

It says windows cannot start hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (code 19)

I had a very slow hdd, but recently got a new ssd. The registry was a mess and most programs I had in the hdd didn't work. Do you think I should reinstall windows, or format everything completely?
