Im having this constant issue whenever im playing games like mad max, MGSV, GTAV or even watching videos weather it be online like youtube or watching a movie on my VLC player. So why is this happening?

I have done memtest overnight with no errors after 11 passes.
I have done extensive tests with my 3xHDD and they all passed.
I recently purchased 4GB Gigabyte GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X that has been stress tested and works perfectly.
I have purchased a new PSU that is 850watts. My old PSU was 780watts.

I found that you can look into the event viewer in control panel and found im getting critical errors saying Kernal-power 41 (63) meaning The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I thort it was the PSU but it isnt as the problem was there before i changed it.
Please help its getting ridiculous now. Also when it first happen i purchased a new GPU and PSU thinking it was one of them.

SPECS:
Asrock 970 Pro3 Bios Updated
AMD FX 4350 Quad core 4.20Ghz
4GB Gigabyte GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X
8GB Corsair RAM
Windows 7 home premium x64
Arctic silent 850watts
5x Coolermaster Jetflo fans Even at max setting temps are low.

May i add i never overclock to risky.

I never use OC mode when playing game. As i said above i never OC to risky. I have also tested the HHD and used others and the same problem persists.
