hello all.

I have a b450 f gaming mobo. my specs are in my sig. except i have a 3700x now not a 2600x.

my sound was working just fine. now i only have three options in my sounds. i have two nvidias and one rift audio. what happened to my main mobo hd audio? advice needed pls. thx.

What's " rift audio" . Your audio is ROG SupremeFX 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC S1220A
Nvidia audio is from GPU over HDMI. You probably lost audio drivers somehow or even have audio disabled in BIOS.
Last drivers you can get from 8816 HDA for ROG/TUF/Prime are up at ROG Forums now too.
There are two types of audio drivers, UAD Universal Audio Driver which needs an APP for control and HDA (High Definition Audio) which uses and supplies...
